- • PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)

Financial aid processing is strictly handled on-campus to ensure data privacy and immediate verification. Follow this 3-step protocol.
Compile Requirements
Expand the "Eligibility & Requirements" tab on your specific scholarship card above. Gather all required physical documents and photocopies into a secure folder before proceeding to the Registrar.
On-Site Submission
Proceed directly to the OLOPSC Registrar's Office. Ensure your Scholarship Application Form is completely filled out and signed by a parent or guardian.
Verification & Approval
The administration will review your academic standing and submitted documents. Approved scholars will receive official notification regarding tuition adjustments.
